Prost!
The Saengerbund's Oktoberfest brings the spirit of Bavaria to Newington each September. Tall steins, cold German beer, hearty food from the kitchen, live music, and the kind of warm, communal atmosphere that only a German club can pull off.
Expect bratwurst, pretzels, sauerkraut, and schnitzel, and plenty of opportunities to raise a glass with old friends and new. Traditional dress (Dirndl and Lederhosen) is always encouraged but never required.
